POLICIES & GUIDELINES
Use of Recreational Areas
The Seabreeze Inne provides a recreational area for the use and enjoyment of our guests. BBQ equipment, recreational equipment, such as horseshoes, badminton racquets etc, can be signed out at the Front Desk. We request that all equipment is returned to the Front Desk after use, and not left on the gazebo, lawn etc. Use of the Hot Tub, gazebo, BBQ's and recreational areas is complimentary and available to all guests provided that ALL guidelines are observed.
Alcohol and smoking are permitted on the gazebo area only, NEVER in the Hot Tub area. Any guests found smoking or consuming alcohol in the Hot Tub Area, will be prohibited from using the area for the duration of their stay.
Guests are required to abide by ALL Seabreeze Inne policies and observe ALL rules and guidelines posted on signs in the Hot Tub, Gazebo, Stairwells, and Guest areas. Use of the trampoline is at own risk. Use of the trampoline is NOT recommended for children under the age of 6. All children under the age of 13 should be supervised while using the trampoline. It is strongly recommended that only one person use the trampoline at a time, as most accidents occur when there is more than one person using the trampoline.
Dogs (with the exception of certified guide dogs) are prohibited from being in the gazebo and Hot Tub area.
Guests who bring dishes or cooking utensils from their room to the gazebo and recreational areas, must return dishes back to the room.
Guests are expected to dispose of their garbage and recycling in the bins provided on the gazebo area, and outside the staff laundry area (located by room 107)
Quiet Time
Quiet Time is between 11PM and 7AM. Quiet time must be observed in outdoor areas, stairwells and rooms for the comfort of all our guests. If you hear a disturbance during quiet time please contact the Front Desk by dialing 0 on your phone.
Pet Policy
All guests with dogs are required to sign a waiver at the Front Desk. Dogs must be leashed when on the hotel property AT ALL TIMES. Guest is responsible for all property damages to the hotel, other guest's property and/or personal injury resulting from their pet. In order to ensure the comfort of all guests, you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on hotel property. Failure to do so will result in a $50 clean up charge. Dogs must be walked in designated areas only (see site map below for dog walking area).
Bicycles
The Seabreeze Inne has a limited number of mountain bikes available for complimentary use by guests. Bikes are on a first come first serve basis, and in fairness to all guests the Seabreeze Inne does not reserve bikes in advance. Anyone wishing to use the bikes must sign a waiver at the Front Desk. Helmets are supplied at the Front Desk as well, and use of helmets is mandatory. There is a bike rack available on the ground level beside the second stairwell.
